Registration Form Data Policy
1. Purpose of Data Collection: This Registration form collects personal data to request to participate to EPRC courses.
2. Types of Data Collected: We may collect both non-personal data (e.g., opinions, preferences) and limited demographic information (e.g., age range, gender, location). No personally identifiable information (PII) will be collected unless explicitly requested and consented to.
3. Use of Data: Your responses will be analysed in aggregate form. Individual answers will remain confidential and will only be used for the stated purpose.
4. Data Sharing: Feedback form data will not be sold or shared with third parties or commercial purposes.
5. Data Storage & Security: All data will be stored securely on encrypted servers with limited access. We follow industry best practices to ensure data protection.
6. Voluntary Participation: Participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. Respondents may skip any question or exit the survey at any time, but it will effect the Course participation.
7. Data Retention: Feedback data will be retained for a maximum of 1 year unless required for ongoing research, after which it will Public Feedback Data Policy be securely deleted.
8. Anonymity & Confidentiality: We ensure confidentiality of all collected data in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
